We performed a rigorous selection of the grape quality and subsequently pre-fermentation maceration in order to extract as much as possible varietal aromas.Fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature between 13 and 14 º C. for two weeks. Finally, the juice becomes wine.

Total acidity of 6 g / l.
Clean, crystal, yellow colors and trimmed with tear dorados.Una slow and abundant.
Tropical flavors like passion fruit, mango and loquat are notes and syrup.
